ARTÍCULO PRIMERO.- OTORGAR, el beneficio de COMPENSACION VACACIONAL, a favor del Sr. CHRISTIAN FERNANDO TANTALEAN ODAR, ex Trabajador contratado en la Oficina de Asesoría Jurídica del Gobierno Regional de Cajamarca, el importe de UN MIL NOVECIENTOS VEINTIDOS CON 76/100 NUEVOS SOLES (S/. 1,922.76), que corresponden: al periodo comprendido entre 15/07/2013 al 28/02/2014 por vacaciones truncas.
